The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (PSERC) on July 25, 2026, notified the Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Fee) (5th Amendment) Regulations, 2026, further to amend the Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Fee) Regulations, 2005.
The following has been stated: -
•The Principal Regulations have been amended to revise Clause (c) under Sr. No. 2-A, Part-A of the Schedule of Fees.
•The annual fee for deemed distribution licensees other than PSPCL has been fixed at ₹50 lakh as a lump-sum amount.
These Regulations shall come into force from July 25, 2026.
